The Every Nook & Cranny Cake Gallery

Friends and family have long asked me to make their birthday, wedding and general special occasion cakes. These are a selection of some I’ve made.

  • Two tiered chocolate cake frosted with buttercream and decorated with a chocolate drip and lots and lots of Maltesers and Miniature Heros!
  • The Apple Chapel Cake, jam packed with bramley apples, pecans and vanilla then topped with butterscotch drizzle
  • Vanilla Yogurt Cake
  • Malteser Anti-Gravity Cake. A chocolate fudge cake filled with Malteser buttercream, topped with lots of Maltesers and covered with Cadbury's fingers around the outside.
  • A chocolate fudge cake for a football fan complete with the mascto from his main team, the badge from the team he played in and replica goalie gloves
  • Nut Free Two Tier Chocolate Drip Cake
  • Unicorn cake, filled with my trademark vanilla yogurt cake and milk chocolate ganache
  • A dairy free chocolate Guinness cake made to look like a Newcastle Brown ale bottle :D
  • Las Vegas Poker themed birthday cake
  • Snowboarder cake - poor little guy has fallen off his board but his fall was broken by a chocolate and vanilla marble cake hill!
