Ingredients
2cupsplain flour(approx 250g)
1/2tspsea salt
1/2tspdried thyme
1/2tspdried basil
1/2tspdried oregano
1tbspcelery salt
1tbspcracked black pepper
1tbspmustard powder
2tbsppaprika(not smoked as this is one occasion you don't want that smokiness as it will overpower the rest of the spices)
2tspgarlic salt
1tspground ginger
1tspchili powder(optional but recommended for that "Zinger" vibe)
Instructions
Whisk ingredients together then store in an airtight jar until needed It should last as long as the minimum use by date on your ingredients. That's all there is to it!
